Content and SEO agents draft posts from your topics and brand settings. You review before they publish, unless you enable auto-post. The Engagement Agent searches X and Reddit and can send public replies on X.

AI credits are the currency that powers agent actions and AI-generated content. Every AI operation — generating a post, auto-replying to comments, optimizing hashtags — consumes credits. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation, and you can purchase additional credit packs if you need more. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.

In Compose, write a caption, select accounts and add the media and settings each network requires. Save a draft, publish now or choose a future time. Edit drafts before scheduling; cancel and recreate a scheduled post when it needs changes.

Go to Settings > Billing and click "Upgrade" next to the plan you want. Changes take effect immediately — you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in your current billing cycle. All your data, connected accounts, and agent configurations are preserved during the upgrade.

Yes, you can cancel from Settings > Billing > Cancel Plan at any time with no cancellation fees. Your account remains active with all features until the end of your current billing period, then downgrades to the Free plan. Your data, posts, and analytics history are preserved — you can reactivate at any time.

We don't offer partial refunds for unused time on monthly plans. However, if you cancel within 48 hours of an accidental renewal, contact [email protected] and we'll process a full refund. Annual plan customers can request a prorated refund within the first 30 days.

The Content Agent writes captions and posts from your topics, tone, and brand settings. Review, edit, or let it auto-schedule if you turn that on.

The Engagement Agent searches X and Reddit for matching conversations. It can send public replies on X. Other platforms stay in your approval queue.

A Growth Agent that likes, follows, or DMs people is not available. There is no automatic A/B winner picking or keyword-rank tracking.

A DM Agent is not available. Direct-message replies, welcome messages, and lead conversion are not supported.

SwarmPost has adapters for X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, and Threads. What you can do on each one depends on that provider's permissions and which OAuth apps are configured. Check the availability panel and the action-support matrix.

Go to Accounts > Connect Account > Twitter/X. You grant read and write access on Twitter's OAuth screen. SwarmPost stores encrypted tokens, not your password. After connecting you can schedule tweets. Agents can send public replies on X when you allow it.

YouTube publishes one video with an explicit visibility, audience and consent choice. Threads supports text or one image/video. Configuration and provider permissions determine availability; YouTube community posts are unavailable.

The monthly calendar shows drafts, scheduled and published posts. Filter by status and open a post to review it. To change a scheduled post, cancel it and create a reviewed replacement in Compose. Calendar drag-and-drop and batch rescheduling are unavailable.

Use Bulk Posts to import a CSV, review row errors and schedule valid posts. Download the sample for the supported columns. Calendar batch rescheduling and account reassignment are unavailable.

Templates let you save reusable post formats with placeholder variables like {{product_name}} or {{promo_code}}. When creating a new post, click "Use Template" to start from one. Templates work especially well with the Content Agent, which can fill in your variables with fresh content automatically each time.

We store post and account metrics your connected providers return — typically likes, reach, and follower counts. Coverage varies by platform and permission. Data refreshes on a schedule, not live.

Go to Analytics > Export to generate reports as PDF, CSV, or JSON. Pro and Agency plans can schedule recurring weekly or monthly reports that are automatically emailed to your team or clients. Agency plans can also remove SwarmPost branding from exported reports for white-label presentations.
