1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SwarmPost, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using SwarmPost on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Service Description
SwarmPost is an AI-powered social media management platform that allows you to schedule posts, deploy autonomous AI agents, manage multiple social accounts, and analyze engagement across platforms including Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use SwarmPost. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including content generated by AI agents you configure and deploy.
4. AI Agents & Content
AI agents create and publish content based on your configuration. You are ultimately responsible for all content published through your connected social accounts, whether created manually or by AI agents. SwarmPost provides content filtering and approval workflows, but does not guarantee that all AI-generated content will be appropriate for your audience or compliant with platform policies.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SwarmPost to: violate any social media platform's terms of service; generate spam, harassment, or abusive content; impersonate others; distribute malware or phishing content; engage in any illegal activity; or circumvent rate limits or platform restrictions.
6. Billing & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
SwarmPost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: content published by AI agents; actions taken by engagement agents; loss of followers or account restrictions imposed by social platforms; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through settings. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
