1. 수집하는 정보
계정을 생성할 때, 우리는 이름, 이메일 주소, 그리고 비밀번호(해시됨)를 수집합니다. 소셜 계정을 연결할 때, 우리는 귀하를 대신해 소셜 미디어를 관리하기 위해 암호화된 OAuth 토큰을 저장합니다. 또한 서비스를 개선하기 위해 생성된 게시물, 에이전트 구성, 분석 선호도 등의 사용 데이터를 수집합니다.
2. 정보 사용 방법
우리는 귀하의 정보를 사용하여: SwarmPost 서비스를 제공하고 유지합니다; 귀하의 지시에 따라 연결된 소셜 플랫폼에 콘텐츠를 게시하고 참여합니다; 게시물 성과를 분석하고 분석을 생성합니다; AI 에이전트와 콘텐츠 생성을 개선합니다; 거래 이메일(비밀번호 재설정, 알림)을 보냅니다; 법적 의무를 준수합니다.
3. 데이터 보안
모든 소셜 미디어 토큰은 AES-256 암호화를 사용하여 저장 시 암호화됩니다. 비밀번호는 100,000회 반복의 PBKDF2를 사용하여 해시됩니다. 모든 데이터는 TLS를 통해 전송됩니다. 데이터베이스 저장을 위해 저장 시 암호화가 적용된 Neon PostgreSQL을 사용하며, 보안 호스팅 인프라를 위해 Vercel을 사용합니다.
4. 제3자 서비스
We integrate with: social media platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Reddit, LinkedIn, Pinterest) to manage your accounts; Stripe for payment processing; Resend for transactional email; Neon for database hosting; Vercel for application hosting; and xAI (Grok) for AI content generation. SwarmPost uses YouTube API Services to connect authorized YouTube channels and upload user-reviewed videos; use of YouTube API Services is subject to the Google Privacy Policy (https://www.google.com/policies/privacy). For TikTok connections, SwarmPost uses TikTok Login Kit (user.info.basic) to identify your authorized account and the Content Posting API (video.publish) to publish user-reviewed videos under the TikTok Privacy Policy (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/row/privacy-policy/en).
5. 데이터 보관
계정이 활성 상태인 동안 귀하의 데이터를 보관합니다. 계정을 삭제할 때, 모든 개인 데이터, 소셜 토큰, 콘텐츠를 30일 이내에 제거합니다. 익명화된 분석 데이터는 서비스 개선을 위해 보관될 수 있습니다.
6. 귀하의 권리
You may: access, update, or delete your personal data at any time through your account settings; disconnect any social media account in SwarmPost to clear our stored encrypted access and refresh tokens and stop SwarmPost from accessing or publishing to that account; export your data; and request complete account deletion by contacting [email protected]. Disconnecting an account inside SwarmPost removes SwarmPost's stored tokens, whereas revoking the underlying OAuth authorization on the provider itself is managed in that provider's security settings—including the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions for YouTube, TikTok account permissions (Settings and privacy > Security and permissions > Apps and services permissions), Meta Business Integrations for Facebook, Instagram, and Threads, and the connected-apps settings of X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Pinterest.
7. 쿠키
We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens), short-lived (10-minute) encrypted HttpOnly OAuth state and account-confirmation cookies during social account connection flows, and a preference cookie for theme selection. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
