通过创建帐户或使用 SwarmPost，您同意遵守这些服务条款。如果您代表组织使用 SwarmPost，您表示您有权将该组织绑定到这些条款。

2. 服务描述

SwarmPost is an AI-powered social media management platform that allows you to schedule posts, deploy autonomous AI agents, manage multiple social accounts, and analyze engagement across platforms including Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Reddit, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

3. 您的帐户

您负责维护帐户凭证的安全。您必须年满 18 岁才能使用 SwarmPost。您对帐户下的所有活动负责，包括您配置和部署的 AI 代理生成的内容。

4. AI 代理与内容

AI 代理根据您的配置创建并发布内容。您最终对通过连接的社交帐户发布的所有内容负责，无论手动创建还是由 AI 代理创建。SwarmPost 提供内容过滤和审批工作流程，但不保证所有 AI 生成的内容适合您的受众或符合平台政策。

5. 可接受使用

You agree not to use SwarmPost to: violate any social media platform's terms of service; generate spam, harassment, or abusive content; impersonate others; distribute malware or phishing content; engage in any illegal activity; or circumvent rate limits or platform restrictions. By connecting a YouTube channel or using YouTube features through SwarmPost, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and YouTube Community Guidelines (https://www.youtube.com/howyoutubeworks/policies/community-guidelines/). By connecting a TikTok account or publishing videos to TikTok through SwarmPost, you agree to the TikTok Terms of Service (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/row/terms-of-service/en), TikTok Music Usage Confirmation (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/global/music-usage-confirmation/en), and, when publishing commercial or paid-partnership content, the TikTok Branded Content Policy (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/global/bc-policy/en).

6. 计费与订阅

付费计划按选择的月度或年度计费。您可以随时取消 — 访问权限将持续到计费周期结束。初始购买后 14 天内可退款。我们保留在 30 天通知后更改定价的权利。

7. 责任限制

SwarmPost 以“现状”提供，不提供任何种类的保证。我们不对以下情况负责：AI 代理发布的内容；互动代理采取的行动；社交平台施加的粉丝丢失或帐户限制；或任何间接、附带或后果性损害。

8. 终止

如果您违反这些条款，我们可能会暂停或终止您的帐户。您可以随时通过设置删除您的帐户。终止后，我们将根据隐私政策删除您的数据。

9. 条款变更

我们可能会不时更新这些条款。重大变更将在生效前至少 14 天通过电子邮件或应用内通知告知。
